The Vision

Cardiff City is a prime area for property investors. The regeneration and inward investment is making this City, in it's Centenary year a place to visit, live in and enjoy a very good lifestyle.

We as landlord's can have a big impact on this quality of life.

Welsh Assembly Government

Since its inception in 1999, the WAG has been promoting the interests of all people in Wales and their business'. The CLF can support them in their goal of making Wales a good place to do business in.

Cardiff Council

The council is a keen supporter of the private landlord sector and recently became an associate member of the National Landlord's Association (NLA), the biggest national landlord association in the UK, which further demonstrates their committment to the private landlord sector.
