Welcome

Welcome to the Cardiff Landlord Forum official website, brought to you by Lobster Web Design. We aim to provide you with latest news and information from the Cardiff Landlord Committee meetings, which are held every 2 months at the Cardiff County Hall. On here, you’ll be able to gain knowledge about our committee’s, who we are, and how to join.

At the Cardiff Landlord meetings, you will be able to gain the latest news within the property ownership criteria. The aims of the forum are to provide a facility for the education of landlords, a point of contact for the local authority to speak to landlords and gauge opinion on matters and to provide a voice for landlords on issues that concern them and their business.

The Forum meets every two months and has a fairly informal structure with an opportunity for speakers from the local authority, followed by speakers on aspects of the lettings business and a final opportunity to network with other landlords. Everyone that owns a property in the local authority region of Cardiff is considered a member of the forum, the more people that regularly attend the more of a voice local landlords have.

Location

Cardiff Landlord Forum meets every two months at 18:00 for approximately 2 hours at County Hall in the bay.  It is held in one of the committee rooms but this changes from event to event so either look out for the sign or ask the security guards.
